1) Sponsor 3 New Personal Team Members.
2) Teach and Train them to sponsor their first 3 personal Team Members. Help them to go Silver and earn their $100 Bonus!
3) Now ask them to achieve step 1 and 2.
4) Go 4 levels deep with this simple concept and here is what could happen for you and your team!
Level 1...3 Team Members @ 5 pay points each = 15
Level 2...9 Team Members @ 5 pay points each = 45
Level 3...27 Team Members @ 5 pay points each = 135
Level 4...81 Team Members @ 4 pay points each = 324
Total Pay Points: 519 (New Ruby Ambassador)
If you are a Sr. Ruby this plan could promote you to EMERALD!
Here is your map to Success:
1) Sponsor 5 New Personal Team Members
2) Follow previous steps 2-4
Level 1...5 Team Members @ 5 pay points each = 25
Level 2...15 Team Members @ 5 pay points each =75
Level 3...45 Team Members @ 5 pay points each = 225
Level 4...135 Team Members @ 4 pay points each = 540
Total Pay Points: 865 added to Sr. Ruby points of 750 = 1615 (New Emerald)
